Hobby

Hallo.. My name is Lidiana Tri.. I want to tell you about my hobbies.

My hobbies are jogging, sing, listen music, and watch a film.

From the first.. Jogging..

Jogging or running is a popular form of physical activity. Regular running builds strong bones, improves cardiovascular fitness and helps to maintain a healthy weight. The difference between running and jogging is intensity, but both are forms of aerobic exercise. I like jogging because it is very healthy for my body.
Health benefits of running and jogging.

Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can:
* Help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise
* Strengthen muscles
* Improve cardiovascular fitness
* Burn plenty of kilojoules
* Help maintain a healthy weight

Usually I go jogging during weekend with my sisters. We go jogging every morning start from 5:30 A.M until 7:00 A.M. After jogging, we do our activity. I love jogging because it is very benefits for me and my favorite physical activity from past.

Jogging is simple physical activity, and everbody very like that. On sunday morning at Hotel Indonesia, everybody go to that place for jogging and running. Every sunday morning on Hotel Indonesia street, people only can walk or jogging.

Then, i will tell you about sing, listen music, and watch a film.

What is singing? Singing is the act of producing musical sounds with the voice, and augments regular speech by the use of both tonality and rhythm.Singing is my favorite activity. Every day, especially when i am at home, I sing a song while listening to music. I love singing since I was child. The flow of the music, I like is pop. when i study on junior high school, I followed extracurricular choir. We were rehearsal once a week. usually, we always perform to sing in church. I am so happy can perform in church. Everbody can see our perform. Singing is a simple activity and everybody like that. Singing can do in everywhere and everytime we want.

About music, I do not know how to play an instrument, but I am very happy to hear the music, especially piano. My heart is very quiet when i hear the piano instrument. The voice is very soft on the ears. I listen a instrumen when i go to sleep.

Watching a film..

I love a cartoon film. It is very funny. I like Doraemon, Disney, and the others.

Every sunday, i watch Doraemon on TV, start from 8:00 A.M until 8:30 AM. The main purpose of watching cartoons is to eliminate fatigue. The characters are very funny and very entertaining cartoon's fans. Not just children, adults are also very like cartoons film.

From all of my hobbies, rank 1 for my favorite activity is jogging. I very like jongging more than others activity.

Hai.. Nama aku Lidiana, orang orang terdekat aku memanggilku dengan nama Yaya, yang lain ada yang memanggil aku Lidia, Diana, Dian, Iing, Gadis.. hmm banyak yaaa.. Banyak yang sayang berarti hihihihiiiiiii ^,^ Kalau postingan terdahulu banyak berisi tugas-tugas sekolah dan kuliah, kali ini aku mau lebih banyak bercerita. Tulisan ke-4_Ekonomi Koperasi

Cintaku Membutakan Segalanya Haai, perkenalkan namaku Silla. Aku duduk dibangku kelas 2 SMA. Jatuh cinta pada seorang laki-laki adalah hal yang baru bagiku, kenapa? Karena sebelumnya aku tidak pernah merasakan yang namanya jatuh cinta. Hiihii J Saat itu aku melihat dirinya di lapangan sekolah, dia sedang bermain basket. Huuu wajahnya yang tampan serasa mengalihkan duniaku. Gaya coolnya saat melemparkan bola ke ring basket sangat mencuri perhatianku. Aku cari tahu nama dan kelasnya, ternyata dia adalah kakak kelasku. Aah sedih, karena sebentar lagi dia mau lulus L Setiap saat aku selalu mencoba mencuri perhatiannya. Entah apa yang terjadi pada diriku, pandanganku tidak pernah lepas darinya. Saat sedang bersama dengan teman-temanpun aku selalu meninggalkan mereka untuk menghampiri si doi ^^ Aku merasa telah dibutakan oleh cintaku. Entah cinta karena sayang pada dirinya, atau karena kagum dengan ketampanannya.  -__-
